Search that starts inside the field.

Targeted sourcing for research organizations and deep tech startups — in fields where the strongest candidates aren't on anyone's list.

01 / The approach

Maps, not keywords.

Specialized fields don't hire well through keyword search, because the strongest candidates rarely describe themselves in the words a job description uses. We map the ecosystem first — the labs, fellowships, research groups, and adjacent industries where the people you want actually are — and search the map.

The criteria come from your experts, not from a taxonomy. We extract what "good" looks like from the people who hold your bar, encode it into explicit archetypes, and search against those — so an unconventional profile that your best researcher would stop on doesn't get filtered out by a rule that was never really yours.

Outreach is written with enough fluency in the field to be read, not deleted. Candidates respond to messages that demonstrate understanding of their work; response rates follow from that, not from volume.

02 / Where it fits

Standalone, or feeding the system.

Sourcing runs as a standalone engagement, or as the top of the funnel inside an embedded engagement — where every sourced candidate flows into the same calibrated evaluation your inbound pipeline gets.
